Visual basic - Administrator role

A default role that exists in the System package. When authorization checking is enabled for the system package, membership in this role determines which NT accounts have administrative access from MTS explorer. A user must be mapped to the Administrator role if he or she has a need to create, delete, and modify MTS packages.
