Network - VBI (Vertical Blank Interval)

A nonvisible component of the signal sent to televisions, the VBI is currently used only for closed captioning. But the VBI can also be used for signaling other purposes. A new product-Malachi, from En Technology- will use the VBI for downloading software to users.
