A+ - Access time

1) When specifying memory access, the amount of time required to transfer a character to/from the MPU to/from RAM. This speed is normally given in nanoseconds. 2) When specifying disk access, the average time required to position the read/write head over a specific track. This speed is normally given in milliseconds.
